The book is highly entertaining and extremely informative. I've been a seller on Ebay for four years, and picked up a lot of helpful tips from this book. Lynne tells it the way it is, and she's not afraid to say when she's made mistakes on Ebay (haven't we all?). I understand that Grandma played an important part but I was looking for more. I hope in future books the author could talk more about how she aquired items (not inherited) and how they did at auction.
